Terms

Two things: using this website, and, in outline, how we work with clients. Every project also has its own written proposal, and where it differs from this page, your proposal governs.

Who we are

Wire Edge Digital is a sole proprietorship owned by Aayush Ramchander, based at Yapral, Hyderabad, Telangana 500087, India. Email contact@wireedgedigital.com, phone +91 81431 13555. “We” and “us” on this page mean Wire Edge Digital.

Part 1 — Using this website

This site’s content

The text, design, code, graphics, logo and brand on this site, including the interactive demos, belong to Wire Edge Digital unless we say otherwise. You are welcome to read it, link to it and quote short passages with credit. You may not copy its design, code or content to build another site, or use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you.

Where this site shows work we did for clients, that work belongs to them and is shown with their permission.

Using the site fairly

Please don’t try to break or overload the site, get around its security or its spam protection, send enquiries that are false or automated, or use it for anything unlawful. We may block access from anyone who does.

Enquiries

Sending an enquiry does not create a contract, or commit either of us to anything. A project starts only when you accept a written proposal. How we handle what you send us is set out in our privacy policy.

What this site tells you

This site describes our services in general terms. It is not professional advice for your particular situation, and nothing on it is an offer that you can accept. We keep it accurate, but we cannot promise it is complete, current or free of errors.

Links to other sites

Links to other websites are there for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

Availability

We aim to keep the site available, but cannot promise it will always be online or free of faults, and we may change or remove any part of it.

Liability for using the site

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from using this site, being unable to use it, or relying on what it says. Nothing on this page limits any liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

Part 2 — Working with us

In outline only. Your proposal sets the scope, the price, the dates and the payment terms for your project, and where it differs from this page, the proposal governs.

Price and dates

Every project is quoted individually. Before anything is built, you get one price and one delivery date, in writing, covering the scope in the quote. Anything added after the quote is agreed is quoted separately, and it moves the date.

The date also depends on what we need from you: content, feedback, approvals and access. If those arrive later than planned, the delivery date moves by the same amount.

Payment

Payment terms, including any deposit and the payment schedule, are set in your proposal.

How a project runs

You get a staging link from early on and see the real thing in a browser as it develops, along with anyone else who has a say. Nothing is unveiled at the end. Aayush Ramchander scopes every brief, decides how it gets built, and is the person you talk to when you want to know why something changed.

Who owns the work

Once the final invoice is paid in full, the work we build for you is yours: the code in your repository, on your hosting, with no licence fee, no per-seat charge, and nothing that stops working if you stop working with us. Until then, you may use the work for review, and ownership stays with us.

Third-party software we use, such as WordPress, Shopify, plugins, themes, fonts and stock images, stays under its own licence. Where we can, we set it up in your name. On white-label work, ownership passes to whoever engaged us — usually the agency, not its client.

Handover

We hand over the code, the hosting and the deployment, with a written note in the repository covering how the site runs and where it deploys. A walkthrough session or a user manual is not included, but can be quoted. If your project includes a content management system, the content is yours to edit; structural changes, such as a new section or a new type of page, come back to us or to your own developer.

Third-party costs

Advertising spend, hosting, domains, paid plugins, themes and apps, and stock media are paid by you directly to the provider, or passed on at cost. They are not part of our fee unless your proposal says so.

Results

We do the work to a professional standard, but we do not guarantee search rankings, traffic or advertising results. Google, Meta and other platforms control those, and they change without notice. Any figures we discuss before or during a project are estimates, not promises.

Monthly retainers

Ongoing work, such as advertising management or SEO, runs month to month unless your proposal says otherwise. Either of us can end it with 30 days’ written notice; email counts.

Cancelling a project

If a project is cancelled, by either of us, you pay for the work done up to that point. Any deposit covers the work of starting the project and is not refunded.

White-label work

For agencies, we work under your name, the finished work comes back to you, and we stay out of your client relationship unless you want us in it. We do not show white-label work in our portfolio or mention it publicly.

Showing our work

We may show work we did for you in our portfolio, case studies and proposals, unless it was white-label or you ask us not to.

Confidentiality

We keep your business information confidential, and use it only for your project.

Liability

As far as the law allows, our total liability for any project is limited to the fees you paid for that project, and we are not liable for indirect loss, such as lost profits or lost business. Nothing here limits any liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

General

  • Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.
  • Changes: we may update this page; the date at the top shows when. A project runs on the terms in force when its proposal was accepted.
  • If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
